Orjeta was great at helping me and my partner secure our marriage visa for him to come to the UK. We weren't married at the time of first speaking to Orjeta, as we needed to travel abroad to get married but she was very helpful in doing any research she could to help us with that aspect too. Orjeta knew that we wanted to do things as quickly as possible, so after we got married, she helped us prepare everything we needed to quickly and smoothly so we could submit the application asap. She kept us in the loop with everything that was going on. Whenever she heard something, she would tell us, which meant we were left wondering about the process!
